ANTIQUE CYPRESS BARN DOORS

Material: Antique Cypress

Customer request: Antique barn doors for new home. One door to incorporate a century old sign.

Machined with a MultiCam CNC router.

 

GLASS FRAMES-UNIQUE GRIDS

We produced these glass frame doors featuring a unique grid system on our MultiCam 5000. The doors were made from 3/4″ MDF.

BARN DOORS

We made these unique barn doors for Quaker Steak & Lube. The unit consisted of (2) 54″ wide x 96″ tall doors with an 18″ x 80″ double action hinged door. The doors slide on an overhead track for total access…when closed, the smaller doors allow access.

CUSTOM SHUTTERS

Made from 1-1/4″ Extira…Machined on our MultiCam 5000.

Antique Gable Brackets

These unique gable brackets were made for Louisiana Spirits Rummery. The gable brackets were used in the restoration of a 100 year old dwelling converted to a gift shop. The brackets were replicated from a picture of the original building. The brackets measured 98″ in width-38″ in height and  2″ in depth. Cypress was used in the construction of the frame.  Extira(a waterproof composite board) was machined for the ships wheel and rosettes.

ANTIQUE COKE DISPENSER

A friend of mine, Glen Daigle (owner of Rabideaux’s Sausage Kitchen), restored an antique Coca Cola dispenser for use as a mixing bar. Glen asked us to make a bar top from cypress.

We used 6/4 cypress for this project which included the top, two scalloped sides and a raised shelf.

Glen incorporated a wine cooler & drawers on the back side of the container…This is a unique use of recycling a product from “Days Gone By”.

Porch Brackets – Corbels-House Sign

Our customer has requested 22 porch brackets that will attach to the exterior post on their Acadian style home.

These scrolled porch brackets are machined from 5/8” Extira with a Spanish cedar frame. The brackets measure 16” x 12” x 1-1/2”.

The address sign will compliment the porch brackets.

The corbels are made from ¾” MDF and measure 17” x 6” x 8” deep.

Sinker & Antique Pine Door Units

Several of our customers have requested door units made from old wood.

The sinker pine exterior door unit measures 96” x 72”.

The antique pine ward robe door units measure 32” & 30” x 96”.

CUSTOM HEADBOARD

Our customer has requested a custom headboard for a King sized bed. The design incorporates a series if sweeping curves and will be cut from ¾” birch plywood. The piece measures 76” x 60” x 1-1/2”…We laminated two sheets of plywood to get our thickness.

The customer will have the plywood substrate upholstered with fabric…pretty neat!!!

FIREPLACE CANOPY

Customer Request: Compound curve canopy to enhance area above fireplace.

Software: EnRoute Cad/Cam

Machinery: MultiCam 5000 CNC overhead router

Canopy lay out

The canopy measures 86-5/8” at the base and tapers to a width of 74-7/8” at the top. The height is 16” with a 5-7/8” offset to the front & sides
